BUCKS CRICKET

Affiliation to Bucks Cricket

Affiliation is only open to Cricket Clubs within the county borders of Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes.

Club Affiliation

  • £100 County Board Affiliation - for all clubs in Buckinghamshire with at least 2 adult teams and/or a junior section
  • £70 County Board Affiliation - for all other Buckinghamshire clubs

Junior Competition Entry

  • £20 Fee for each Junior Team entry into the Bucks Cricket Junior Competitions
  • For Clubs outside Buckinghamshire entering the Bucks Cricket Junior Competitions there is an additional £50 Club registration fee

AFFILIATION BENEFITS VIA THE ENGLAND & WALES CRICKET BOARD

  • Support from ECB Regional Facilities Planning Manager via Bucks Cricket staff
  • Access to all benefits of Play Cricket tools & Support (Scoring Apps, Website, Helpdesk)
  • Access to the ECB club insurance policy at no cost (if using the ECB Safe Hands Management System)
  • Access to ECB funding (County Grants Fund, Interest Free Loans)
  • Eligible to participate in ECB Competitions (Junior Vitality Cups, Lady Taverners, National KO Cup)
  • Access to ECB Courses: Coaching, Safeguarding, Umpires, Scoring
  • Access to ECB National Programmes (All Stars & Dyanmos)
  • Eligible to nominate Club volunteers for ECB Cricket Collective and Coach Awards
  • Access to Safe Hands Management System / Safeguarding Support and guidance

AFFILIATION BENEFITS VIA BUCKS CRICKET

  • Eligible to enter in the Bucks Junior Competitions
  • Eligible to enter Saturday Open Age Cricket Leagues
  • Support for Women & Girls Cricket, Juniors and Disability Cricket
  • Support on Club and Facility Development Planning
  • Support with gaining and maintaining ECB Clubmark status
  • Assistance with Safeguarding, Safe Hands Management System and DBS Process 
  • Assistance with transitioning children from Chance to Shine School programme to Club, including hosting Schools Kwik Cricket competitions
  • Access to Workshops and Roadshows run by Bucks Cricket
  • Pitch and ground maintenance support via Bucks Cricket's County Pitch Advisors
  • Direct communications about nominating players for the Bucks Player Pathway Programme
