Batting 

  1. Creating an efficient step and swing

  3. Score on both sides of the wicket

Bowling

  1. Encouraging balance and alignment to the target throughout the approach and delivery.

  2. Creating threat through movement / pace / bounce 

  3. Use of the entire body to create energy

  4. Creating Plans

 

Fielding 

  1. A desire to go to ground 

  2. Create an athletic routine when preparing to field

  3. Develop a safe throwing technique using the entire body to create power.

  4. Wanting the ball in the field.

 

Wicket Keeping

  1. Present a large catching area and catch with STRONG HANDS

  2. Use both hips and knees to create a Z position

  3. Stand up to spin bowling

  4. Lateral footwork when standing back combined with competent diving and rolling mechanics.
