Supported by THE YOUNG CRICKET COLLECTIVE
Future and Young Volunteers courses are aimed at bringing on the next generation of cricket officials. The courses introduce 12-17-year-olds to essential skills giving them the confidence to begin contributing at their clubs. Junior members bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to a club’s activities, and by engaging them early help create a sustainable workforce.
The skills and experience gained through these courses and subsequent volunteering efforts should provide children with the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals, learn new skills, and build confidence, while benefiting future job applications, particularly if they aspire to work in sport.
