Match Preview: Men's 1st XI vs. Cornwall
1 May 2025

Bucks Men's 1st XI will host Cornwall at Tring Park CC on Sunday as they look to bounce-back with a victory in the NCCA 50-Over Trophy (11:00am).

Men's Head Coach Jason Harrison has named a 12-player squad:

Alexei Kervezee* (Halesowen)

Ed Bragg (Halesowen)

Danny Chapman (Stony Stratford)

Archie Dodds (High Wycombe)

Conner Haddow (High Wycombe)

George Harvey (Gerrards Cross)

Cam Hemp (High Wycombe)

Ed Horsley (Chesham)

Cam Parsons (High Wycombe)

Ross Richardson+ (Henley)

Max Uttley (High Wycombe)

Tom Weymes (Tring Park)

Jason Harrison also shared some squad news ahead of their first home game: We have brought in Cam Parsons to the squad - an experienced player at National Counties level.

Cam has been away running the London Marathon, so he is back in contention for Sunday, and 17-year-old Ed Horsley is in line to make his 1st XI debut.

We have a 12-man squad ready to take on Cornwall at Tring [Park CC], which is a venue we really enjoy playing at.

We played on a difficult pitch down in Devon last week, it was a good toss for them to win - they played well, particularly with their batting powerplay 2, and ran-out winners on what was an incredibly difficult day with Kevin's passing.

We are all looking forward to getting on home territory, Cornwall will be fully up for the fight, but I have every confidence our squad can bounce back with a positive performance.
