Cricket clubs, players, volunteers and families from across Buckinghamshire will come together at Campbell Park on Monday, 31 August, for the annual Milton Keynes Cricket Festival, a celebration of community cricket organised by Bucks Cricket.

The free event will showcase the game at all levels, with a packed programme of cricket, activities and entertainment designed to bring together people of all ages and backgrounds in one of the county's flagship annual events.

The day begins at 9.00am with some Clubs and Community Participation, offering the opportunity to get involved in a range of fun cricket-based activities.

Attention then turns to the action on the field, with Bucks Women's team taking centre stage in a 100-ball match from 11.30am before Bucks Men's side conclude the day's cricket with their own 100-ball fixture, starting at 2.00pm.

Away from the boundary, there will be plenty for families to enjoy throughout the day, including face painting, henna tattoos, interactive activities for children, raffle prizes and a variety of food and drink vendors.

With free parking available (on Silbury Blvd) and admission open to everyone, the festival promises to be an enjoyable day out whether you're a lifelong cricket supporter or simply looking for something to do over the Bank Holiday.
